Oliya Vasilisa Hunt

Oliya Hunt is a Latvian-American actress & model based in Texas. She's been in several projects since 2016, notably as Daisy in Love and Marsala (2024), Juniper Murders (2025) and other films and shorts to be released throughout 2025.She appeared in several local and one foreign commercials (Panasonic, Toyota). She enjoys many film genres, particularly Westerns, Period dramas and Documentary films. She's not afraid to play the villain, like the axe murderer Mary Parker, or the Ghost, or the evil queen, or just be a goofy Mama Bear in a costume. Her ability to switch accents, cry on cue or laugh makes her a dynamic actor. When she is not acting, Oliya enjoys working as a graphic designer. In 2017, she published a children's book - "Alphabet Zoo - Continuous Line Drawing" for preschoolers.Oliya was born in Jelgava, Latvia, but has since lived in 5 different counties, including Japan and the U.K. She comes from a family of actors with a musically gifted father, but she has been discouraged to enter these fields herself from a young age. Acting is her passion and she is finally living out her dream. She spent the majority of her youth in Los Angeles, California with her mother and sister. She enjoys yoga, photography, paper art and travel. Oliya has just started writing her first screen play for a feature film (updated June 22, 2025).
