Lauren Vaz

Lauren Vaz is a Los Angeles-based actress best known for her role in Lifetime's My Landlord Wants Me Dead and for performing as Meekah/dancer on the Blippi Wonderful World Tour, where she toured twice across North America and the Philippines. A lifelong creative, Lauren grew up in Denver, Colorado, as the passionate middle child in a lively family. Her enthusiasm for the arts began early, performing in local theater and dance, which sparked a deep love for all forms of expression-from piano and guitar to professional makeup artistry and storytelling. That foundation led her to the stage and screen, where she brings heart, humor, and bold presence to every role. Lauren earned her BFA in Acting for Stage and Screen from Azusa Pacific University. She has appeared in The Morning After (USC Films), starred in web series like The Clash Pad, Remotely Yours, and Darling Comedy, and performed on stage in productions such as Romeo and Juliet, Pack of Lies, and The Addams Family. In just 9 months, Lauren has booked over 12 vertical series projects, solidifying her consistency and strength in this emerging format. When she's not on set or stage, Lauren finds joy at the beach, training in dance, singing karaoke, going to Pilates/yoga and box braiding hair for friends. With her artistic range and dedication to storytelling, she continues to grow as a powerful presence in both traditional and emerging forms of entertainment.
