Rubén Zapattini was born in Asunción, Paraguay. He went to IMA, a drama school in the city of Asunción. He played in several theater shows and appeared in such films as: El Peón (2014), Truenos (2017), and Orsai (2019). He also played small parts in the following Paraguayan movies: Luna de Cigarras (2014) and Lima 3.31 (currently in post-production)
