Queca Gordillo, Spanish by birth, is an international actress and producer. She currently develops her career in the United States, Spain, and Latin America.As a performing arts actress, Queca has starred in more than 14 plays in recent years, with titles such as Spanglish Robin Hood, La isla bonita, Las cenizas de mamá, Cuento de Navidad and El asesino silencioso where she plays the classic Poirot transformed into a woman. Her theatrical production La que se va a armar, in which she also plays one of the characters, has premiered in Miami, New York, Madrid, and Mexico City.In the past six months, she has filmed the feature Por la vida (directed by Gonzalo Mejía) and the short films Aquellas Cabareteras (directed by David Chocarro), The Glass Child, and Just Girls, all in Miami. She can also be seen on Canal 9 in Telemundo's La mujer de mi vida, in Telemundo series Velvet and in English in the feature film Nemesis, available on Amazon Prime USA. In November 2024, her short film Panther G received the Audience Award at the Miami Short Film Festival.Queca is the co-founder of PAFF (Primer Acto Florida Foundation), a US nonprofit organization promoting the promotion of Spanish in South Florida and supported by, among others, the Florida Department of State and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs in the US, as well as the official Spanish AECID (Spanish Association of Cultural Affairs). She is a member of Spain's Academy of Performing Arts.She has lived in four countries and received acting training at various schools in Madrid, Miami, and Toronto. She studied classical and Spanish dance, and music theory, piano, and harmony at the RCSMM (Royal Spanish Society of Music).She holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Sunderland University in the UK, and a Master's in Marketing from NYU (New York University). For years, she worked in the corporate world, combining her life in multinational companies with her passion for the arts, which runs in her family due to her parents' profession. She is married and the proud mother of three sons.
