Born in the state São Paulo, Brazil, Simone Zucato lived many years during her childhood and adolescence in the United States, and started going to drama classes during her childhood in Elementary School. English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking, she was raised by a Mexican-American family, until she returned to Brazil, where she had to go to Medical School as her father wished. After graduating, Simone attended renowned Brazilian acting schools to become a professional actress in São Paulo and in Rio de Janeiro. She acquired her license to work as an actress in the end of 2007, and in 2008 she started working as an actress. Simone Zucato is an actress, producer and translator. She is in the cast of "Juntos Para Sempre", a movie based on the novel of Walcyr Carrasco, adapted by Regiana Antonini and directed by Adolpho Knauth. On television, she was in the Brazilian soap operas "O Sétimo Guardião", written by Emmy winner Aguinaldo Silva and directed by Rogério Gomes, another Emmy winner; Malhação - Sonhos, Caras e Bocas, Cama de Gato, and Casos & Acasos, in Globo Television (Rede Globo); and Corações Feridos, in SBT. In theater, Simone translated, produced and acted in successful productions such as "Sylvia", written by A. R. Gurney; and "A Toca do Coelho" (Rabbit Hole) written by David Lindsay-Abaire; for which she was nominated as best supporting actress in the role of Izzy Corbett. She also played the role of Vera, in the great Brazilian comedy play Trair e Coçar É Só Começar, Brigite in "O Vison Voador", Mãe in the musical play "O Livro de Tatiana"; Lilia in "De Corpo Presente"; Carol in "Inimigos do Vício"; Laura in "Na Boca do Leão" (Love, Sex and The IRS); amongst other plays.
