Pedro Martín Gurza

Born in Torreón, Coahuila, México, Pedro Martin Gurza's journey to the screen began far from the spotlight, with a bachelor's degree in finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey University and studies spanning Canada, New Zealand, Italy, and Germany. Yet the pull of storytelling proved irresistible. Trading balance sheets for scripts, he moved to Los Angeles to study acting, directing, and producing, where his craft was shaped by a global education and a deep, humanistic approach to character. Along the way, he studied under some of cinema's most celebrated voices, including Academy Award nominee Guillermo Arriaga and Golden Globe nominee Diego Luna. Today, Pedro brings that spirit - global, grounded, and fiercely authentic - to every story he tells.
