David Oz Maya's journey into Film and Television acting began in 2017 with a bold career change, leading him to submit to a casting website for extras in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. This decision quickly paid off when two days later he was cast to play nine different background characters on a major network cable TV show.In 2018, David's dedication and talent were recognized when he won a Best Actor award out of 16 nominees for his first Main Protagonist role in a short film. Since then, he has built a versatile career, performing across the southeastern United States from Dallas to Atlanta.David's recent work includes his first major antagonist role as "Alton Crow" in the horror film "Wicked Season".
