Brandy Blackledge Derrick is a Producer originally from Richardson, Texas. Early in her Los Angeles career, Brandy worked on Magnificent Desolation: Walking on the Moon 3D, a space exploration film produced by Tom Hanks, Mark Cowen and Christopher Cowen that continues to play at NASA centers today. She worked on Growth, an award-winning short film by Allison Miller that explores the effects of social media, and is one of the creators of the TV series Bloodhound. Her recent film work includes Billy Knight, featuring Al Pacino, Charlie Heaton, and Diana Silvers. Other notable films include Greenwood Rising, an in-depth exploration of the Tulsa Massacres. Her commercial portfolio spans over 50 motion and print shoots for top brands like Nike, Adidas, Netflix, Honda, and Polaroid, showcasing her versatility across media. She is especially passionate about taking on cultural projects that inspire meaningful conversation. Brandy is known for her strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and ability to move projects forward quickly without sacrificing creative or production quality. Brandy is married to accomplished musician Theron Derrick, the drummer for The Temptations. Her father-in-law, Otis Williams, is the founding members of the legendary group. Their daughter Isabella Derrick is a successful model and a current Cover Girl. Their youngest daughter Ava is following in the family's creative footsteps, making her acting debut in a television series in 2024.
