Nicole was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but moved to Vancouver, BC where she began her acting career. Landing a part in Jo Beth William's directing debut film, Frankie and Hazel, gave Nicole her first opportunity to act at age thirteen. She continued to work throughout her childhood, appearing in such films as Josie and the Pussycats, John Tucker Must Die, Supernatural, and Psych. She was accepted into the acting program at the University of Victoria in 2004. After graduating, Nicole appeared in various films and television spots including Izombie, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days, and a few Hallmark projects. Nicole moved to Toronto, Ontario in 2015 and there she continued working on projects such as Saving Hope, The Good Witch, and the Detail. She still resides in Toronto with her husband and three boys.
