Jamiah Dancil is an actress, writer, director, and producer from Saint Petersburg, Florida.She first made waves with her award-winning short film The Reflection, which she wrote, directed, produced, and starred in. She also produced and starred in Black Magic and made her feature film debut in Clutch (2024), released under Maverick Entertainment.On television, Jamiah had a recurring role as Yanza in the CW series Dolos and has appeared in Dopesick (Hulu), Wanted Man, The Colored Museum, and Viva El Paso. She recently wrapped filming on the feature Blowback.As a filmmaker, Jamiah wrote, directed, and produced Intersected, which premiered at the 2023 El Paso Film Festival. Passionate about storytelling, she continues to bring compelling narratives to life both in front of and behind the camera.
