Leah Byrne

Leah is a Scottish actor from Glasgow. She trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, gaining a place on the prestigious BA Acting course and graduating in 2019. She was immediately accepted onto the Dundee Rep Graduate Scheme, where she worked on a number of professional theatre jobs. As of 2025, she has worked with nearly every major theatre company in Scotland.She has worked consistently in film and television throughout her career, most notably appearing as DC Rose Dickson in Netflix's Dept. Q, directed by Scott Frank (The Queen's Gambit, Godless). She can also be seen in Call The Midwife, Nightsleeper and The Last Bus.
