Charles Karafotas

I have been programming on all mainframes, PC's, laptops in most languages for the last 40 years. I have grown with the change from Mainframe processes to server based applications. In my professional life I want to be able to make a difference and do the best that I can at whatever endeavor that I undertake. After 40 years of a professional career of ever increasing responsibility, I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities.I have over 40 years of programming, banking, mainframe and servers, laptop, and mergers/acquisitions experience and I am looking for consultant positions also.I've been performing in orchestras from 1967 on playing in the Cello section and Piano in orchestra and concerto's.I retired from Banking in 2012 in Chicago, San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Ramon.Jan 2019 We moved to the LA area and Feb 2020 I tried acting for the first time since we lived in LA now and am retired on Social Security as a way to make some extra money. It's been a fun experience and I found I have a knack and a look that so many productions want. I have ended up doing 3 -5 or more productions a month, every month.
