Mark Oxtoby is a British Actor, Voice Over and Writer. As an actor, he is known for playing DI Moore in BBC's EastEnders (2024), Death of England: Face to Face (2021), David's Here (2018) as well as theatre productions in the West End, at the National Theatre and the Bridge Theatre. As voice actor his has worked for Disney, This Morning, RSPCA, BBC News, Muller, Kenco and Halfords. He has also narrated the audio books In Lieu of you (2023) by best selling author Keith A Pearson and Armed and Dangerous by John Hilton. As a writer he is known for My Week with Maisy, starring Dame Joanna Lumley (2024), writer/director for the multi-award-winning Blood Means Nothing (2019) and writer/director for David's Here (2018).
