Steve Piper was born in Missouri. After graduating high school he spent time in the U.S. Army. After being honorably discharged from the Army he became a firefighter then a federal officer. He has 1 child and 2 grand-children. He divides his time in a suburb of Milwaukee Wisconsin and Chicago Illinois.
